Salon Policies

Cancellation Policy​

We understand that things can come up. We value your time, and we hope you value ours, too. In the event you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to notify us no later than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Failure to notify us in time will incur a $25 rebooking fee. This fee will need to be paid over the phone before reserving your next appointment.

Latecomers Policy

 

We do our best to stay on time in order to properly accommodate each guest. If you are late to your reservation, please keep in mind that the service you reserved may need to change to a lesser service. We prioritize the quality of our work, and do not want to rush in any way through your service with us.

Children Policy

​

We love having children in for services with us. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult for their reservation. 

We cannot have children alone for the safety of themselves and our staff. If you are receiving a service on your own, we cannot have your children unaccompanied for their safety and the safety of our staff.

Refund Policy

​

We strive to please each guest who walks in the door. If you are unhappy with the quality of your service, we will gladly work with you to adjust it, however, due to the nature of the service, we do not offer refunds.

Right to Refuse Policy

​

Our establishment has the right to refuse service to anyone who is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, behaves inappropriately with our staff, or can pose a threat to our business.

Illness Policy

​

The safety of our staff and clients is our utmost priority. If you are suffering from any contagious infection, we recommend that you reschedule your appointment until you feel better.

Pricing Policy

​

Our salon pricing may occasionally vary. For accurate pricing please request a complimentary in-salon consultation.

Payment Policy

​

We accept cash and credit cards for payment. We do not accept checks, Venmo, or any other forms of payment for your service.

We have virtual gift cards available for purchase. These may be used for payment as well.

No-Show Policy

​

Please understand that if you no-show for your reservation, you may no longer be able to reserve appointments in advance. You are always welcome to call day of and see what openings we can accommodate you with.
